Where
it all started for me was letting non-veg go out of my life which was life changing and one
of the best choices I made in my life.
I have been a vegetarian since birth but after i moved to different places, I got in touch with people who were successful convey-incing me that I should eat non-veg because I have started working out in gym but few months later I realized various changes in my mental and emotional health, so later on I started exploring and reading as much as possible on health nutrient.
after
all these studies I realized I should stop eating non veg, thus I started eating
veggies, sprouts and fruits, it was not easy to give up delicious food like egg and chicken which I felt is delicious but I
sticked to my intuition and month by month I found changes in my thoughts and
emotions. After six months, I started feeling that I am full of energy, enthusiastic with peaceful
mind.
We
are what we eat, drink and think, nutrient are the significance of what we eat and
how it effects everything, within our body like cells and how we nourish our self, how we heal our self. Essentially food is our medicine, and
the ancient people always knew this however now food is one of the means of just instant gratification.
We
should not eat meat because the universal law states do not kill anything that
you cant create, all life forms are sacred because you are living in this 3D body
that another animal like hen, goat or pig any less then you. most of us incorporated in our lifestyle that every other life form on this planet is
our servant and that is why we are suffering because what goes around comes
around.
claiming to be at the top of the food chain has become a popular justification for eating animal products and an affirmation of our ability to violently dominate everything and everyone.
from our ability to choose from a wide variety of food options, in contrast to other animals in the wild who have no choice but to eat what is available to them.
Men are not at the top of anything. We are merely part of an interdependent web of life that forms complex yet fragile ecosystem. We choose to participate in the protection of these natural systems, By choosing plant foods, we can get our nutrients through primary sources of nourishment, in the most environment friendly and resource-efficient way possible, by trying not to harm the animals, other humans and the planet.
The
ways animals are treated, raised and farmed, the energy from tortured animals
gets transferred in to the food which passes into our bodies.
Eating an animal which you had fun with and who you loved raising? In reality there is no big difference
between animals and humans except that we can think but they can't but after all this we all are SOULS. So once you realize this, you feel that you are not killing an animal but your family for food. so make animals friends not your food and love them.
We who should not kill animals, its natural process in which the energy gets
transferred in new bodies and killing animals would imbalance the nature and affect global
consciousness.
We see many of animals eat grass, plant based food so essentially why not to go to these sources, because when you eat plant based diet hydro nutrition comes from
plants, so essentially we eat plant, and become like a plant, which is pure
light energy, the plant stores pure light energy, a pure sunshine.
Some
say plant is live, cutting and eating plant is also like killing an animal. I would say when you kill an animal, you see it suffers badly and that is
very inhuman to watch, but cutting plant doesn't happen the same way. You can plant
it again within one or next 2 days, it will grow again and will seed number of plants in future however its not at all possible to give life back to an animal who you have killed for just taste and YES,it is a fact.
I have observed that some people have misconception that if they would stop eating non veg, then these creatures will be in numbers more than they are supposed to be so killing and eating them would control population. Well!! we need to use logic, if you don't buy then there is no demand, and if there is no demand then there is no production. The day this will be stopped, there will be production of what is in demand.
It has been found in many surveys that the most people died with cancer and other deceases in their early ages, were non vegetarians and people who prefer only vegetarian food to
eat, live longer and healthy life. So what is important is to control our thoughts and emotions.
It
is a myth that Non-veg food has more proteins as compared to veg and it helps to
build good muscles.
It
is just an incorrect notion in the mind. According to the physicians committee which are into research and manufacturing in medicines, “It is very easy to have a well-balanced diet with
vegetarian foods. Vegetarian foods provide plenty of protein. Any normal
variety of plant foods provides more than enough protein for the body’s needs.
A vegetarian menu is life-extending.
Some
people say you must eat fish and meat for protein but if you have the proper
balance of protein you are fine without it.
Horses
have so much power, they have so much protein and they are vegetarian.
Elephants are vegetarian. What power elephants have! You can’t even imagine.
Bulls are vegetarian.
We
say horse power. Power is always measured by horse. Horses just eat grass and
green grams. If the world did not purchase and consume meat, there would be
none to slaughter and offer meat for sale.
The
methane gas that is produced in the slaughter houses plays a measure role in global warming.
Three
times more fossil fuels must be burned to produce a meat-centered diet than for
a meat-free diet. It takes nearly 78 calories of fossil fuel (oil, natural gas,
etc.) energy to produce one calorie of beef protein and only 2 calories of
fossil fuel energy to produce one calorie of soybean or any veggies.
Non
vegetarian food takes long time to digest, more than 6 to 10 hours and it destroys digestive
system, on the other hand vegetables are quickly observed and digested in less time.
If
every human ate a meat-centered diet, the world’s known oil reserves would last
a mere 13 years. That would last 260 years if humans stopped eating meat
altogether. That is 20 times longer, giving humanity ample of time to develop the alternative energy sources.
Scientists
like Albert Einstein were vegetarian. For a healthy body and lightness in mind,
vegetarian diet is the best.
When
you stop eating non veg and continue with veg diet you will feel compassion,
emphatic, loving, healthy, sustain an enlightenment. this is all about
recognizing the sacredness of all life forms.
Also
your awareness and consciousness grows, your perception about life
gets changed and you feel connection to the nature.
There
is a beautiful verse in Bhagavad Gita describing the gunas of nature ::
Sattvic
foods:
It
promotes purity of mind, peace, intelligence and clear decision making.
Effects:
Free
from attachments to objects, become non-egoistic, firm, enthusiastic, noble. calm, full of love and affection.
Understanding between what ought to be done
and what ought not to be done.
Recognizing the truth of existence and Perceiving the oneness underlying the universe.
Food:
Herbal tea, grains, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, nuts and beans.
These
foods are pure and light which promote positive energy flow.
Rajasic
foods:
These
foods that give motivation, keep attached to ego and desire.
Effects:
Passionate.
Many desires and attachments, Never satisfied with what he/she gains;
Authoritative, Commercial temper. A coloured judgement of the ethical and
unethical, what is to be done and what is not to be done.
Recognizes
the separateness and distinctions among people and divides them into different
classes, castes, creeds, races, nationalities etc.
Food:
Coffee, chicken, egg, dark lentils, spicy food, salt.
If
after over stimulate, these foods can create a restlessness of an over excited mind.
Tamasic
foods:
Foods
that lower resistance to disease, cloud the mind and promote negative emotions.
Effects:
Impulsive,
arrogant, and inability to see any other point of view, over-indulgence in
sense of enjoyment.
always complaining
about surroundings, wrong judgement of ethical and unethical
actions. (Justifying ethical to be unethical and vice-versa).
Fanatic
in their beliefs, devotion, views and values in life without recognizing the
cause and effect. Views the world as if it exists for him/her alone, with
concept of self-importance.
Food:
Red meat, alcohol, tobacco, fast food, fried food and soda.
These
foods are dull, heavy, block the flow of energy and produce harmful toxins.
Remember
the more non veg and alcohol you take, the more you get misled by society,
and when you eat veg your thoughts and decisions are accurate.
So
what we should do?
We should stop eating animals to become humans and conscious
about the nature and mother earth, also don't forget that when there will be no demand there will be no
killings.
The
way we eat, has changed more in last 50 years then in the previous 10,000 years.
Everyone is preferring processed foods and industries do not want you to know the truth
about what you are eating, because if you know you might never eat it.
You may think about this food as something that provides energy, nutrients, a
pleasurable sensation, and is essential for the health of the physical vessel however this actually is a "food" that takes your health away and this is actually processed in such a way that it removes the vital nutrients and it makes people feel worse after eating it.
Also
the industry producing meats, chickens, where birds are raised and slaughtered were in half the number 50 years ago and now they are twice as big, redesigned, which has grown larger in less time, so more money in their pockets.
The
bones and their internal organs cant keep up with rapid growth, they fall and
die with danger deceases, nobody knows they are filtered or sold to people.
What is wrong with our food system is that people easily and casually believe in all marketing
advertisements on TV and everywhere you look colorful packing's and discount
offers. Now a days people are more taste conscious instead of being health conscious and off-course we do not know or realize the taste of our traditional food which is much more delicious and nutrient as we all are much influenced with westernized world and our tendency to give up on what we have and adopt what we see.
Corporation
have this science of behavioral modification, called advertising,
often use to make people feel inadequate in their lives and desires some
product the corporation is selling.
Now a days people are dying because of two reasons: some poor who are not getting
food to eat and rich who don't know what is good to eat. They never think
about a healthy eating because they assume than believe everything is healthy.
you
can find bread, burger, pizzas and sodas are cheaper, because we have mixed our food system with the bad calories and it is not an
accident, another reason is that these calories are the
one which are heavily subsidized, and
this is directly tide to the kind of agricultural that we practicing in
the farm policies we have.
Also stop
drinking sodas, because the ingredient are high fructose corn, syrup what these
artificial sweetness does is that it raises blood sugar level. This over
stimulates the pancreas therefore producing more insulin,
which causes the pancreas to be less productive or even getting dead, it causes diabetes and the more you drink,the more affect as
ASPARTAME. Also so much junk food what we are eating has been tampered with in MSG (Mono sodium glutamate).
The
industry blames obesity on prizes of personal responsibility. I mean the fact
is we are hard wire to go for 3 tastes salt, fat and sugar, these things are
easily vary in nature. Now sugar is available 24x7 and we are consuming it a lot.
We
use this spice of insulin and gradually weakening down the system by
which our body can't digest metabolic sugar.
There is a type 2 diabetes early it affected adults but now it is affecting children at epidemic proportions.
Stay
away from bakery items like breads because white bread is bleached to get
its whiteness so all of the nutrient would be taken away. This processed food does not contain mineral, vitamins or energy, it contains only extra unhealthy fats
and toxins. If we see our bodies has similar skeletons but contain lots of unhealthy
fats than it would make differences in health and weight.
people
know tobacco, smoke causes lung cancer and alcohol causes liver disease still
it is getting consumed in large amount and there corporation selling it openly. So this gives nothing but skipping mental health risk, depression, aggregation
and many more diseases.
We
are allowed our-self to become so disconnected and ignorant about something
that we don't even want to know about the food we eat.
These Businesses are sort of pollution businesses which destroying this world hence irresponsible behavior of industries should
be changed.
What We should consume as healthy food:
Veges,
green leafy, fruits, beans, nuts, grains, sprouts.
These foods provide micro nutrients, without these micro nutrients our cells are
weaken and our body can be exposed to whole gain of diseases.
Fruits
and vegetables are the delivery system that brings sun energy to our cells,
giving them the micro nutrients they need, the micro nutrients not only nourish
the cells it also clean and removes the waste and helps to resist from all
diseases and that's why what you eat is more important.
What
we can do to change it?
When next time you are in a grocery store or market think local,
choose organic, know your farm and know your food, choose foods which are
seasonal. Try
to plant a garden, cook meal with your family and eat together, share food,
share love.
Always
show gratitude towards food and water because now a days there are many people who
are starving to death with no food available so don't waste it.
Share
the way possible to you, always do it for animals because nature created food
and water for them also so keep putting out good, it will come back to you
tenfold in unexpected ways.
We
all should know we eat food not because it tastes good or it satisfies hunger but
because it gives energy, which keeps our body active and working.
Food
has the potential to increase the electrical energy or Prana, for our
cells. It is important to consider the organic aspect of vegetables and fruits.
The
more organic life food you eat, meaning a food that is still alive e. g. sprouts and growing seeds, the more your cell membranes can hold an electrical
charge, life force, and emit biophotonic light.
All
living things from plants to animals to humans emit light, bio photons. After
all we are electrical beings, walking holograms.
We
are powered by the cosmos, we are solar powered, true golden alchemy and abundant pharmacy of nature.
Toxicity
of many unnatural mans made chemicals gunk up cells, and thus prevent the
receptor sites from connecting.
It
increases the electrons in cells tenfold depending on our source of food,
water, air plus, changing our negative thoughts and actions.
This
light emission, bio photons, is an expression of the functional state of the
living organism and its measurement, therefore can be used to assess our
health and well being.
Eat more green veg, fruits and sprouts which has sun energy and real
micro nutrient to create more energy and to make good health.
