Meditation techniques and their benefits to enhance or increase the life force.

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Depending on the type of meditation you choose, you can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety and stress, and more.

Meditation is the process of redirecting your thoughts to calm your mind. It may also improve your overall quality of life. This is what the research says. Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and your overall health. And it also helps to increase the vitality of the life / life force and fast the health recovery, also once we reach a universal cosmic energy tunning or receiving mode / stage then we might feel the Nirvana state, state of bliss, Harmony and serenity. It is intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention, clarity and solutions for your on going thoughts. Meditation is like the air we need for the breathing, food needed for the energy, so it is needed for the coherence of the mind body and soul. And it also syncs us with mother nature, improve life of the mother nature, that's why all animals always found in the meditative states, like cats, dogs, cows and all other animals and it increases the earth's protective shield.

the meditation he had many magical or say mystical experiences but the only thing how it starts is complete body relaxation by pranayama and a proper sitting posture and the stillness that's the main thing, so in the beginning the experiences he had like calmness, environment change, time becomes still or slow, receive wise thoughts, intuition, clarity and solutions on the ongoing thoughts, more Ideas or knowledge, and the most important thing is cosmic energy then after few weeks he started getting serious and unbelievable Dejavu's, real lucid dreams, and after few weeks, felt different spinning's in the spine area, forehead and the crown area, so that's how he came to know about the energy centers known as the chakras, and started believing on it after a lot of interest research and books studies, so it became the explanation, it was exactly matching how he started experiencing it, sometimes he experienced wound healing as well, for the wounds which were the serious damages, felt like something itching and felt the recovery feeling. Remember the most important thing to reach this meditative state is the complete stillness and it's just like the gym work out, one day will never show the result, a dedicated hard work will result in at least 3 to 4 weeks.
