am back with New and Most Important Topic :: Health.
Now
days everybody living fast, easy and unstable life, What we are
moving towards, Very less of effort
spent on most activities like, travel by motor vehicles,
air-conditioned environment, ready-made food / fast food, Late and
less sleep etc. and with this situations everyone wants to be
healthy and beautiful.
But
the truth is we are not getting enough proteins, vitamins and fats
which are most vital for our body.
This
easy life has restricted humans to do that bit of physical exercise
which is required to keep the body fit and healthy.
Earlier
humans used to hunt for their living, due to which their body had to
undergo a lot of physical exercise. Every part of the body was
exercised and the intake was more of natural substances.
How
do we ensure that we have all that is required for a healthy living?
This is a big question among everyone. We need a fit and want healthy
skin with body. Good Health is all that one craves for. Becoming
healthier and fitter though not very difficult needs dedicated
efforts.
Take
care of below things for live Healthy ::
- Release
Stress / Tention.
Stop
eating Junk Food.
Give
off Smoking and Drinking.
Drink
Max Water
Take
8 to 9 hours good Sleep.
Do
regular Exercise / Yoga / Meditation.
Walk
in Nature Surrouding
Be
Happy, Keep Smiling Naturely and be with True Friends [Love Family].

pressure, Height, Weight, Flexibility, Fitness , Speed and Stamina.
