Open Doors of The Happiness..!


When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.”

Everyone love to live life with own ways, Life is full of joys and happiness, It divid in differnet ways for eveyone Our passions, expectations, life experiences, and even our personalities all contribute to the level of happiness we experience in our lives. Some find happiness in their careers while others prefer the bliss found in their marriages or other intimate relationship.

There are certain requirements of people to feel happy like delias food, nice sleep, dream love, sex and others become positive and life-changing habits that will begin to bring more happiness, joy and peace into your life.

"Living a happier life often seems to be about living your big dreams and putting in a lot of work over a long time".
No matter how you define happiness for yourself, There are certain universal and time-proven strategies to bring, and sustain, more happiness into your life.



Following are interesting points to get hapiness around you and in your ways ::

Make the minds with Positive thoughs to feel Happy: Some of us see the glass as being half-full, while others see the glass as half-empty. The next time you are caught in traffic, begin thinking how nice it is to have a few moments to reflect on the day, focus on a problem you have been trying to solve, or brainstorm on your next big idea. The next time you get in the slow line at the grocery store, take the opportunity to pick up a tabloid magazine and do some “guilty pleasure” reading. Take all that life throws out you and reframe it with what’s right about the situation. At the end of the day, you will more content, at peace and happy. Take the time to begin to notice what’s right and see the world change in front of your eyes.

Surround yourself with Happy People:: It is easy to begin to think negatively when you are surrounded by people who think that way. Conversely, if you are around people who are happy their emotional state will be infectious Cut back on the time you spend with most negative person in your life. And spend more time with the most positive person(s).

Spread love with Kind, Grateful and appreciation :: How many times do you say the words “thank you,” in a day? How many times do you hear these same words? If you are doing the first thing, saying the “thank yous,” the latter will naturally happen. Learn to be grateful and you will be open to receive an abundance of joy and happiness, Kindness is indeed contagious and when we make a commitment to be kind to ourselves and to others we can experience new heights of joy, happiness and enthusiasm for our lives.
Appreciate people for there works, Replace the habit of spotting the things that annoy you about people with one where you make small or big positive observations about them. It could be their great sense of style when it comes to shoes, how they always make you laugh when you need it or simply that they are always on time. Be sure to tell them that.

Change the Mood:: Try a new dish for lunch. Read a book or watch a movie that is not in your usual genre. Learn a little about a topic that is not something you are usually into. This is a great and fun way to find new perspectives in life, to grow and to expand your comfort zone just a little on a daily or weekly basis. Cultivating this habit also makes it easier to get out of your comfort zone when larger and “scarier” opportunities present themselves

Live way which suits you :: Take the smarter and higher road, Don’t be someone the people can walk all over, set boundaries / principles and say no when needed. But recognize that unnecessary conflicts just waste your time and energy. And that some people are so addicted to the drama and conflicts that you will never win or reach an understanding between the two of you. There are more fun and good things to spend time on in your life. So try to reach an understanding. But if it doesn't work then remove yourself from getting drawn into their conflicts and make the day better for both you and possibly them.

Spend Time with your Family and Good Friends :: Although an abundant social and romantic life does not itself guarantee joy, it does have a huge impact on our happiness. Learn to spend time with your friends and make the friendships a priority in your life, Cheat with friends by truth, share the memories, Travel places.
Spread love with your family, fun with your bother and sister, respect parents, Follow that what they said with respect, spend the most of time and learn what they teach, Ask about experiance, how they enjoyed and walked journey.

Be Funny Kid :: Live like child, recall your college days, fun you had with your friends and evets on which you enjoyed, So feel it again, look your life in that angle, Do funny things, Break rules, make jokes and live life simply.
Keep smiling, respond on sitituations do not react, dance, play games, have fun with friends.

Everyone has his / her Day :: When something goes wrong try to figure out a solution instead of wallowing in self pity, Accept the failures as challeges, prove yourself and get experience, Truly happy people don’t allow set backs to affect their mood, Make a plan for attaining goals that you believe will make you happy, Dont compare yourself with others, Get uniqueness.
    Remember everyone get one chance to perform his / her best, Always wait and be prepaired for that chance and follow that what your heart says..
Also many people don’t know how to be satisfied with what life gives them. They are so busy wanting more that they squander what life has already given them, Always be happy with what you get.

Back to Education with colleges or any academy:: Life is so long so always try to learn everything, Get into education, Make good friends or Join classes to learn new technology and instruments.
                       Search your interest like dancing, singing, playing any instrument like guitar, it will make you feel happy. Do the assigments or practive spend time with it.

Travel places :: Travel places with your dear one, World is to big so sea possible places, Go abroad explore the work as you can, Sea nearest waterfalls, beach, forest and mountans.
Sea the culture, adapt good things capture photoes for your good memory and have fun.

Appreciate yourself:: It’s Okay and something that a lot of people don’t do enough. Spend 5 minutes tonight with thinking about or writing down in journal the things you can appreciate about yourself and how far you have come. Do this enough times – try 30 days – to change how you view yourself on a more permanent level.
